Prices are per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast and afternoon tea on your day of arrival. Tea is served up until 6pm.

Check in from 4pm, 5pm on Sundays. Check out before 10.30am
At least 24hrs notice is required to enjoy dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant can seat up to 12, so as we are open to non-residents, a room booking does not guarantee a table. Likewise when the rooms are busy, non-residents may be faced with a full restaurant.
Deposits and cancellations
In order to secure an accommodation booking a deposit equivalent to the first nights room price will be asked for and payment taken by debit or credit card. In cases of no shows or bookings cancelled within 72 hrs prior to arrival (taken as 6pm on the day), the deposit will not be refunded unless the room is re-let.
